I’m a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with an MA in Counselling Psychology. My background includes working frontline in family services, addictions, and domestic violence community agencies, which has shaped my approach to therapy. These experiences have helped me provide compassionate support and effective interventions for individuals navigating a variety of challenges. My hands-on work with diverse populations has deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience, allowing me to connect with clients on a meaningful level.

I offer Individual and couples therapy. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy, I tailor my approach to fit each client’s unique needs. My goal is to empower you to find your inner strength and make positive changes, supporting you through life’s challenges and helping you create the fulfilling life you desire.
