Nice to meet you, I am
Jeffery Driscoll
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Associate Therapist
Virtual (ON) and In Person (Toronto)
I’ve spent over two decades in the social services field, working as a teacher at the elementary, high school, and adult levels, as well as a yoga and fitness instructor. I’m currently completing my Master of Psychology program at Adler Graduate University, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and couples in therapy. My experience as an educator shapes the way I approach therapy, especially when working with individuals who have learning disorders or educators dealing with burnout and compassion fatigue. I incorporate solution-focused strategies to help clients move forward, while also drawing on my knowledge of neurodiverse conditions like Autism and ADHD.
How I can help
I offer individual and couples therapy, drawing from a wide variety of modalities to tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs. I believe in an integrated approach that includes mindfulness practices and explores the systemic factors of oppression that shape an individual’s life. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am deeply committed to understanding and supporting others who exist outside of societal norms. This passion extends to my work with the Kink and Polyamorous communities, where I help clients navigate their unique relationship dynamics with care and respect. I also bring my experience working with refugees and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring that I meet each client where they are, honoring their cultural experiences and perspectives.
